If there is a malfunction , such as running out of memory, it is the responsibility of the client to manage and correct the problem. Colocation will provide physical housing and security for data , uninterrupted power, internet access, and environmental controls (ie air conditioning and fire suppression). Data management is the sole responsibility of the client.
